Our newest advancement in patient care is endovascular laser therapy. There’s new hope for the 80 million Americans with varicose veins or superficial reflux of the greater saphenous veins.
Endovenous laser therapy (EVLT) provides a more effective, less costly alternative to conventional vein stripping. It can be done in the office in about 45 minutes and has a 98% efficacy rate.
EVLT is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure that delivers laser energy to the vein wall causing it to collapse and seat shut. And because EVLT only requires a tiny 2- to 3-millimeter incision for the fiberoptic laser, the procedure offers minimal or no scarring. Patients can resume their normal activities in one or two days.

On-site imaging capabilities – Ultrasound imaging is used to diagnose venous insufficiency. In addition, by having venography capabilities on site, we can examine more challenging cases promptly, which also means your patients won’t need to go elsewhere for this specialized exam.
